Deconstructed Silence is a journal created for people who feel deeply but struggle to name what they feel.
It grew out of my artistic practice, my reels, and my own need to understand emotions before trying to explain them.
This is not a journal for fixing yourself.
It’s for noticing. Tracking. Sitting with what’s present.
The book is paired with my experimental scannography artworks — created using a scanner process that is unpredictable and uncontrollable at first.
Much like emotions.
With practice, clarity begins to form.
Released on Boxing Day — a pause between endings and beginnings — this journal is an invitation to meet yourself honestly, without pressure.
